If you are unsure if CrossFit is right for you, set up a free consultation appointment with us. We'll give you an overview of CrossFit, how are classes are structured, and help determine if CrossFit is the right for you.

Step 2 Complete the Intro Class: In this class you will learn a variety of movements and fundamental techniques as well as complete a WOD (workout of the day). Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm intro class schedule. Upon completion of the intro class you will be able to attend any of the 25+ classes per week that we offer. If you prior experience doing CrossFit, you are waived from needing to take the intro class and can attend the next class.
Group Intro Class (Free)- Small group of 2-10 people, 90 minute class, typically offered on the third Saturday of the month at 9:00am- 10:30am
Private Intro Class ($50)- 1-on-1 scheduled at a time that is convenient for you
Step 3 Make the Commitment: Your RHF CrossFit membership gives you the a huge range of options, providing unlimited classes 5 days a week (M-F) and Saturday 10:30am open gym (basic CrossFit Concepts Coaching) as well as full access to Rainier Health and Fitness (Classes and Childcare included). We do have a tiered pricing system based on commitment level. See here for more details on our rates.
