Postpartum Strength Training in South Seattle | Moms Lifting Program

Welcome! We’re excited to offer our Postpartum Moms’ Lifting Program—a small-group, coach-led strength training program designed to support new and experienced moms rebuilding strength, confidence, and functional fitness after pregnancy.

This program is based in South Seattle at RHF CrossFit and focuses on safe, progressive strength training to help you feel strong in everyday life—whether that’s lifting your child, carrying groceries, or simply moving with more ease and stability.

You are welcome here whether you are newly postpartum (with doctor clearance) or many years beyond pregnancy. All fitness levels are supported and scaled.

You will:

Our goal is to help you build a strong foundation that supports both daily parenting demands and long-term health, including bone density, joint stability, and functional independence.


Community & Support

One of the most important parts of this program is connection.

You’ll be training alongside other postpartum individuals in a supportive environment that understands the realities of parenthood. Our goal is to build both physical strength and community strength.


Details

What:
A 12-week small-group strength training program (5–6 participants per cohort) led by an RHF coach. Sessions focus on pelvic floor support, mobility, and progressive functional strength training.

When:
Mondays & Thursdays
9:30–10:30 AM
2 sessions per week for 12 weeks

Because this is a progressive program, we ask for full commitment to the 12-week cycle. New participants are not added mid-session so the group can grow and progress together.

Cost:
$155 + tax per month
