Welcome
We are excited to invite you to our new Postpartum Moms’ Lifting Program! This program is for folks who are interested in learning in a small group setting with exercises to enhance general health and fitness post-pregnancy. Our goal is to share a program to meet and exceed the rigorous activities parents encounter on a daily basis while developing a foundation to support improved strength and health outcomes for years to come.
Our program looks to safely introduce weight lifting beyond exercise bands and light weight exercises. We aim to coach our members in dynamic and functional movements like deadlift, presses and squats that are known to be beneficial especially in long term health and wellness including bone density and functional independence.
Whether you are one month postpartum (cleared by your doctor) or 10 years postpartum, no matter your fitness level, you are welcome to join.

Details
What: Small cohort of 5-6 postpartum folks meeting with an RHF coach to complete a 16-week program focused on pelvic floor exercises and functional weight lifting.
When: Mondays and Thursdays from 10-11am. We ask that all participants commit for a 16-week program meeting 2 times a week for 1 hour. Sessions will build upon each other so we ask that participants commit themselves to the program to experience the full benefits. We will not have new athletes join partway through the program.
Cost: $155 for 8 classes
