Our Powerlifting 101 class is perfect for anyone ready to build strength and confidence with the barbell. Whether you’ve never lifted weights before or want to refine your form and technique, this 6-week course offers expert coaching, progressive programming, and personalized guidance for up to 8 lifters.

2x per week for 6 weeks, or 12 classes total
Tuesdays and Thursdays from March 3rd - April 9th from 6pm-7:15pm at RHF CrossFit
$200 + tax for all 12 classes
No additional fee for members with an unlimited monthly CrossFit membership

First-timers curious about lifting weights
Those with some prior barbell experience who want more hands-on instruction
Anyone who feels comfortable with a barbell but wants help with powerlifting-specific technique and programming
Anyone who wants to get strong and move some heavy weight!

Important Notes:
This is NOT a drop-in class! This class is designed to run for the full 6 weeks so lifters can experience linear progressive overload and learn how to increase their weights and get stronger over time.
If you need to miss a class, no problem—just know that makeups aren’t offered. Since the program is personalized and uses auto-regulated weights, you can easily jump back in where you left off when you return.
