At RHF CrossFit, our classes are built around more than just workouts. We believe fitness is strongest when it’s rooted in community, consistency, and support.

Our coach-led CrossFit classes combine strength training, conditioning, mobility, and functional movement in a welcoming environment where every workout can be scaled to your experience and goals. Whether you’re brand new to CrossFit or have years of training experience, our coaches meet you where you are.

Located in Rainier Valley, RHF CrossFit is a nonprofit community gym serving South Seattle through inclusive, sustainable fitness.

New to CrossFit?

You do not need experience to get started. Many of our members begin with little or no background in CrossFit or strength training. Our coaches provide movement modifications, guidance, and encouragement every step of the way.
